I noticed it today when I was talking with friend through battle.net chat. Messages were sent with delay (3-6s) or not sent at all. The same happens when i try to write something on /g chat.
It seemed ok when i directly whispered someone on their currently logged character.

Yes, a lot of chat functions having issues, chat delays or no chat at all, only thing working is party chat for me
same no chat working or guild tab either
Can barely login, take ages to login. Chat is very slow when you send messages too.
Can’t see or type in guildchat, nor look at the list or anything guild related.

Same here. Can’t chat with BNET friends. Huge delay on chat.

You either can’t log in or your game has random 3-10 second freezes… Seriously get your act together. And NO! don’t try to blame it on my computer or my ISP. Everything else works perfectly. The game server is just terrible.
For some reason, the Guild tab doesn’t seem to be available.
Sometimes reloading fixes it, but sometimes it doesn’t and even then, there’s nothing to show, there’s no messages or users on the list.

I didn’t know there could be problems with guilds.

I have guild tab but guild chat is broken. Getting an error msg when i try to chat in /guild. Only 2 of us online for our raid night so guessing theres other issues too 
They haven’t given any news about it ether. So this must’ve recently happened.

I blame the goblin and gnomes tinkering with the guild service. lol
Yep, all broken. Woops! Guess the new features were a bit much for the servers.

its the shadow lands they dont belief in guilds they have Covanants :3

Me and my friends have it too. On Dragonblight server. Guild chat is not working, huge lag. Party chat works okeish but tad laggy.

Guild tab won’t load, guild chat and community chat won’t work. It was delayed earlier but now it doesn’t do anything.
I’m on Lightbringer.
Just to add, ‘Say’, whispers and party chat work fine.

Same here - and BattleNet chat has severe lag, takes minutes for chat to appear
Wow! This is getting quite outrageous. Hopefully they will update us on the problem and fix the condition ASAP. We all need our guild for Raids.

We’ve had a lot of ppl with problems as well. THere was a bnet update which caused problems. Try going completely out of WoW and restarting … after updating the bnet if that’s an option on the launcher. guild chat is still lagging, but it seems to work …
