Hello. I have a problem with cutscenes. Cutscenes in raid Battle for Dazar’alor ( ingame cinematics) are not playing. I tried scan and repair, deleting WTF, Cache and Interface folders or folder Battlenet via support advice. Nothing helped. I have no modds installed. Thank you for your help.
I have the same problem. Im new in BfA, just bought the last expansion to check the lore and surprise! There are a lot of cutscenes removed. I uninstalled the game and installed it clean, didn’t install any addon and the cutscene is still not there. I checked the options in Interface and other tabs and i could’t find any option to see them. Is that intended or is there a problem with my account?
A temporary fix (and I mean temporary since it seems to be a problem on Blizzard’s end) is to delete the config.wtf file in you WTF folder.
Note: This will reset ONLY the in-game settings, not your add-on settings. So stuff like draw-distance, sound, graphics settings, etc.
This seems to work TEMPORARILY, but after a while the problem returns.
You can enter this in chat in game.
/console cvar_default
This was the advice on the US forum. It will reset a lot like sound, graphics and various interface options, but it worked for me. It doesn’t change the UI much or addon settings which is nicer than deleting WTF.
