i just dont get wat is wrong with the launcher some times he works great but also sometimes i need to press play 3 times or more before even the 1st time gets started and then u have to shut down all the other started wow versions or get stuck with permanent launch music and some times even problems with the mous eonly havingf a limited part of the screen available to move in?

is there any one else having this problem that u launch wow from the battlenet launcher and nothing happends untill u actualy have pressed play 3 times or more and then u have to close all those redundent windows?
The only time that happened to me, is when by Antivirus was slow in letting the executable load after an update.
Sometimes the game can be very slow to start up due to disk contention (AV programs can cause this as can things like background windows updates).
Before trying to hit play I suggest opening windows task manager and checking to see if wow.exe is running if it is you just need to wait and it will show up on the desktop soon enough.
You can also use the resource manager link in task manager and check the disk tab to see what’s using the disc heavily at the time which may help to track down the offender.
