Problem with title champion's of the naaru and hand of hadal

I have the 2 title champion’s of the naarur and hand of adal on my shaman but in the other pg i dont have the 2 title just the achievements i alredy open ticket and say me to open a report bug

They are character bound, this specific titles, just as the pvp titles. Sorry man

i open ticket and they say me if i dont have the title in the other pg is a bug,only in 1 pg i cant have the title because is low level.
