Hello.

I play on the Russian-language server Gordunni.
I am writing to you, because for a whole month, I see the following message in the general chat of Gordunni server every 2 minutes:

“Зарабатывай 400-800$ в Месяц! Возьмем на работу ответственных рейд лидеров для фарма героик Ниалоты. Еженедельные выплаты на карту/qiwi/webmoney. Подробности на ***.com”

A translation from Russian to English :

“Earn 400-800 $ per Month! We’ll hire responsible raid leaders for farming heroic Nyalotha. Weekly payments to the card / qiwi / webmoney. Details on ***. Com”

Where *** is the adress of web-site.

After going to this web-site, you see that he is in Russian.

At the same time, he links to another site, which is in English (can’t write the adress because it will be advertising). This site violates WoW’s user agreement by offering in-game services for real money.

I am writing to you because I see that the violation of the user agreement is associated with the services on the English-speaking servers.

I created a topic on the Russian-language forum ( https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/ru/wow/t/пассивное-соучастие-гейм-мастеров-в-нарушении-пользовательского-соглашения/128292/1), in which he wrote about this problem.

Attackers are constantly changing accounts (probably stolen).

I ask you to consider the possibility of improving the work of the Russian-language support:

  1. By adding new software that monitors malicious messages in the chat and allows Gamemasters to immediately ban accounts.

  2. Either increase the staff of Russian-speaking employees of Blizzard.

I do not want to meet Shadowlands constantly reading chat messages that violate the User Agreement.

I believe that together we can make WoW better.

Over the past day, this message was posted in the main channel of the trade chat from 5 different characters.
All the day. Every 2 minutes.
To ban one account, I need to ask other users about 40 times to report the offender.
What I think is that they make a lot of money in the english servers by breaking the rules of the game if they are willing to sacrifice 5 accounts to advertise a malicious site.

Chat messages don’t disappear.
But nicknames change.
Spammers’ nicknames are not like Russian ones.
I would not be surprised if the characters are created by a person who does not know Russian.
And services that violate the user agreement are done on an English site.

In the English-speaking support, I was offered to contact the Russian-speaking support.

But damn it. I know what they will answer me. That they work. And some kind of copy-paste answer.

The system for moderating and countering malicious messages should be improved.

And this should be done by real developers, not Russian-speaking moderators.

There is also a “badboy” addon that blocks the display of messages in the chat, with certain keywords.

Make it possible for the moderators to receive messages in the event of typical malicious messages appearing in the chat.

Because the fact that this message has been appearing for a month now, every 2 minutes, clearly shows that the current countermeasure system is not effective.

I need to ask 40-50 times in the chat to complain about this message so that it disappears.

And after a while, it appeared again, but under a different “typically Russian” nickname.

Yesterday the moderators of the Russian-language forum gave me a jamming for a day.
Why? Because I am writing about these posts that sell in-game services for real money.

Messages do not stop (Gordunni server).
Every 2 minutes.

I wrote to support in Russian - they did not cancel the decision.

This is absurd.
They thank me by mail for my help, and they ban me on the forum for the same thing.

It’s a pity that I can’t move all my characters to English or French servers.
