Problems purchasing Bloom Pet Pack

My partner loves Pets so I sent her some Bnet credit to purchase the Bloom Pet Pack in the Spring Sale.

She was encountering a problem herself at the payment stage and was getting the run around from GMs not reading the ticket at all and giving the stock responses about cancelling payment methods which is just messy or taking it up with the bank/payment processors.

She has sufficient credit to make the purchase entirely in Bnet, no credit cards or payment processors to contend with, no external parties, Blizzard already has the money and the transaction fails at the last moment. Ticket raised again.

Blizzard’s action is to force an account password re-set without warning overnight. All the instructions followed and the problem still persists but as yet no update to the open ticket.

She just wants the five pets she doesn’t have for the special price in the Spring Sale Bloom Pet Pack … has done everything asked of her, followed the instructions to the letter and we are no further forward. Anyone got any ideas?
