During fights I have problems rotating my camera while holding down the right mouse button.
Sometimes the camera turning stutters or stops mid-motion.
Somethimes it outright doesn't turn.
This makes the game near impossible to play (especially in pvp).
I've heard that there is a problem with game overlays, so I disabled the discord and the nvidia overlays for now.
This hasn't helped me — although the camera "freezing" in place doesn't happen now (at least it hadn't for the last hour), the camera sometimes still stutters.
You can imagine my frustiration.

I aswell have a problem with my "Right-click hold to move camera" situation.
I can hold right click constantly pressed down, but sometimes or quite often its like im releasing it for a second but its still pressed down. Its very annoying as OP said, in pvp its hopeless.
Ive tried all the steps: setting raw mouse, run as admin, delete cache/wtf/interface, disable all addons, restart computer, try a different mouse, update and reinstall drivers and disabled 3rd party overlays aswell as killed all unecessary processes but still it acts up like this. at BFA launch i didnt have any problem, it started yesterday.
Its only in wow aswell, i changed my settings to main the right button and drew in paint with the right mouse key like crazy, no problem.
Mouse: Corsair sabre rgb optical.

Same here. It makes game pretty much unplayable. No idea what to do... it's not hardware-related (or at least mouse-related).
Same issue, it makes the game very hard to play in MM or PvP... I have a Logitech G600 which works very well in other games.
I've tried every fix I can find on the forums and I still have this issue. What seems to happen is that when the right click is held and I turn, the mouse often moves to the left or right of my screen. I know because I can see it briefly interact with netflix on my other monitor. However, when I let go of the RMB, the cursor is back in the same place as it was before.

I've tried scripts, overlays, fiddling with Service.exe settings for Razer Synapse as well as the Razer Synapse settings themselves, different combinations of DPI settings.
I even contacted Blizzard's customer support, going through the list of "solutions", until the guy i was speaking to ran out of ideas.
It is beyond infuriating, and it makes the game nearly unplayable.
I've lost track on how many forum threads i have read through and YouTube videos (dating all the way back to 2011?!), in hope of finding a solution, but no luck there as well.
I'm running out of ideas of what can be done at this point.
This post might sound a bit negative, but if anything i'm just hopeful there's a fix for this soon, as I've been trying to fix this problem for about a week now.

Yeah, there have seen so many posts about this issue. Still no clear solution. It seems like different things worked for different people. I tried a lot, nothing worked for me. I guess it's time for reinstall. I heard that hidden frames might be the issue. Not sure how to find them, but that might be a clue. My game time goes by and I can't even enjoy new expansion properly :/ It's hard to immerse when you can't control your character. Not to mention playing anything outside of the open world must be a pain.

Do you have any other recommendation ? Because this one doesn't work and we are running out of solutions, and this bug really impact us, especially since raid are open.

What the "/script SetCVar("rawMouseEnable", 1);" does for me:
If it's on (1), my mouse will jump to any place on the screen when the bug occurs, mostly to the side, almost never vertically.
If it's off (0), instead of jumping to the sides it'll snap to the center of the screen whenever the bug occurs.

Someone needs to fix this. It's clearly something on their end as it started on patch day and is just making the game unplayable in certain content.
During combat with the World Boss, whilst right clicking to turn the right click menu from desktop actually appeared over WoW, despite it being fullscreen windowed.

I'm also having this issue since the patch. I have tried different hardware setup and the fixed listed but to no avail.
Still no solution?

I am still having this problem hoply in upcoming patch something will be changed.
Also been having this problem on and off since BFA. Originally thought it was an issue with elvui and disabled a number of addons but the problem has come back recently.
