Does a weapon “chance on hit” effect stack with enchantment?
For example if the weapon has a chance on hit to heal the wielder would it be possible to put a lifestealing enchantment on it and have both proc (independantly) or would one of them prevent the other from ever going off?
you can do this for sure and they will both proc, i was using lifestealing on a wep that already had lifesteal for a big part of classic on my pala, didnt let me down

Yes they can.
Well Blizzard nerfed some proc stuff in TBC I think, but I’ll go with this …^^
