As far I have seen blizzard will be capping gnomes at 225 next phase? What about tauren herbing? They will be able to Get 250 herbalism next phase and farm items way ahead of everyone. Allready cows selling Goldthorn on neutral Ah

They have locked proffesion specs so gnomes cant pop off with gnomish engi etc.

The limit will be 225, but gnomes have a +15 race buff to engineering.
M8 they have still locked gnomish engi etc , so the + 15 doesnt help to much. While with herb u Get A huge advantage vs other people.
So for a gnome, you can also sell a sniper scope to the Alliance and the Horde. The price for it will be crazy.
in a fair world, yes. but if they hardcap so the racial doesnt give u access to doing it, all hunters suffer that nerf. well, the real ones do, who arent melee.
i dont see why ally shouldnt get that advantage when hordes got a bunch of advantages on gear in p1 and could sell that helmet in ally AH for stupid amounts.

Thats not what it means at all.
It means that gnomes wont have access to Gnomish or Goblin engineering specialization quests. The scope is not affected by that

Its a super low drop chance recipe from Mara and ZF or 48+ mobs
Truesilver bars gonna be hard to get as well, since miners cannot smelt them due to 230 requirement, and mining enchant wont allow you to learn the recipe from trainer.
So the bars are only available from chests and alchemy transmute with a 2 day cooldown.

pretty sure BM hunter will farm that like we do RFK now. if not, grps will do it easily enough. lvl 25 grps cleared SM well enough after all.

that remains to be seen, the drop rate looks incredible small, but its possible it will be so hard farmed that it become common later on in p2, but at least early on it will be hard to get
Im just basing it on wowhead droprates, but doenst mean those are 100% correct.
Looking at AH on my server, its up there so its probably just the wowhead droprates that are a bit off
