What to choose for hunter as good proffesion from which I can have benefits 
Whatever you like. Most professions are pretty much decoupled from classes. For levelling Mining + Herbalism givrs you a bunch more xp and gold to cover repairs and riding skill fees. For endgame… Either stick with gathering to generate a bir more gold when going about, Alchemy/Enchanting if you want to make consumables either for yourself or for sale, or Engineering/Leatherworking if you want to make gear for yourself… But be advised that making gear for personal use isn’t that big of a thing in BfA and requires doing raid content for what is available.
