Quite new to this but cannot find any posts on how to get a good blue tool / accessory. I have a blue 564 tool but its only rank 2. How do I get it to rank 5 or do I need to get crafter to create new one. How do I get a rank 5 tool
Get it recrafted, ask in trade or service for a re-craft of your items and watch the goblins flock too make you pay most!
If you can make the recraft your self but not at r5, you need moar skillz and place knowledge in correct talents!

Its a cooking tool - is that still possible to re-craft
sure it is. But not on public orders. Only guild or personal orders allow for recrafting.
The green tools can be bought on the AH (or crafted)
The blue tools have to be done via work orders, if you require a recraft you will need to find a crafter first.
