I would like to see some form of profession transfer for the whereby I can transfer a profession to another character similar to the new Legion “Forgotten Techniques of the Broken Isles” item you can buy from the professions vendors that allows you to relearn techniques you have lost after switching professions. I would be willing to buy this from the WoW store for cash just like a level 110 character boost because it saves me the time of having to grind through the whole profession leveling thing again.
My reason for this is simple. I play solo and when I first started playing WoW I had no idea what I was doing and started by creating and playing the Mage class as I liked the look of the Mages and their teleporting ability was very useful in getting around. I setup a bunch of Mages with 11 of major of the professions and leveled the professions and acquired rare recipes on some of the professions along the way. It took me ages as I don’t have a lot of time to play. I had issues killing beasts with higher levels than myself with the Mages so I created a Hunter for the skinning profession and my world changed. If you play solo, a Hunter is the way to go. If I knew then what I know now, all my characters would have been Hunters except for the gathering guy who is a Druid. The Druid is another class that don’t have the same issues as the Mage class. I would like to create a new set of Hunter characters and without any professions and then move then professions from the Mages to the Hunters so after the process is complete the Hunters have the profession, recipes etc and the Mages have nothing. Especially the hard to get recipes like the Jewelled Panthers and The Vial of the Sands.
