I have been going through the legion quest line and one of the missions “Professionally Good Looking” Instructs me to go to an area and kill 3 enemies for armor to have access to the rest of the quest. well the entire area is mob free, no enemies, no npcs (other than xylem). i have been waiting for 38 mins for the enemy to spawn with no results; i went to the second mob hoping to find him and he didn’t spawn as well, even the supposed flight master a bit to the east is not there and the whole train rail is goblin free!. i hope if there is someone who can help me or tell me what to do since im not that informed in regards to the game and im relatively new (played for 110 hours total). thanks in advance and may god bless the horde.
Ok so the Quest you are doing is in Azshara. After a quick Google search it seems that these three NPC’s are know for their spawn times. If they are not there you will have to wait for them to spawn as they were probably killed by another player.
However as for the fact that no other NPC’s are in the area that Insinuates another issue altogether. Perhaps open a ticket?
sounds like you’re stuck in a weird phase, do you have all regular quests in Azshara completed? If not, I’d try that.

Best way you can find out what your issue is / have it reset & fixed to you is by contacting a GM. They know how the backend stuff works or they can ask someone who does so they can aid you.
