So long story short , was exited when TBC classic launched , ive played this game since 2006 and TBC was my favourite with Wotlk. So I boosted a char saving me the pain of leveling 58 levels. Ive done my share of leveling in 15 years so cba too go trough that again with limited time as im soon 40 with kids and fulltime job. 58 - 62 was a nightmare too level in boostgear btw.
Im loving playing TBC classic now but I dont understand why boosted chars cant have proffessions “boosted” aswell? It cost alot too buy the boost and grinding proffessions is even worse then leveling. Proffessions are fun when maxed and gives in TBC alot of cool stuff that enhances ur character and a moneymaker. I think it should be 2 optional proffessions at 275 in the boost when u buy it imo
I’d guess it’s because being higher level is essential to progressing your skills and abilities in game.
Professions not so ‘essential’ so you have the choice of which ones to choose and how quickly (and costly) to level them.
Just wait till you are 70 wih a 100% mount, slow flying and some cash. Leveling professions is easy at max level. Basically any prof can be brought to 350-65 in an afternoon with under 500g.
Also, wow-professions site shows some mostly efficient and cheaper ways to upgrade Profs, has a TBC Classic section.
Man how many more of these people are gunna pull the ‘im old and have kids and a job’ card.
We are all old with kids and a job mate. Just go play retail, if you cant farm a profession to 275 then you aint getting far.

Really? how about making players that did it feel like they being cheated? Not even retail boosts professions.
Absolutely not. Also I can see it now, whaaa! I chose the wrong profession.
Maybe the game isn’t for them, if they don’t have the time to put in why should they get as much as someone who puts the time in?
They shouldn’t. Thats how MMO’s work.
