Hi, so my profile wont show classic characters. Im new to using the forums but want to be able to post info and or help for the horde on HW Server , but the only profiles i can use are a few that i played on retail about 8 years ago. Would be helpful to be able to have my current wow cata profile. What am i missing ? Or is it something blizz have to alter ? Many thanks.
I think you need to log onto your alts ingame to resfresh them. This allows the forum to pick up that those are current als.
worked for me a few times before 
The alts in question i play daily, the ones showing by blizzard are all characters I’ve not used in years. Only play wow cata now the alts are all retail x i dont even have that downloaded tbh.
