I couldn’t find this achievement in game, any idea where i can look what progress i’ve made for it? For all i know, is will be removed with Dragonflight.

Just check whether you have each of the achievements

It is a Feat of Strength and won’t appear in the UI. You will have too check the sub-achievements individually.
It is annoying when we can’t track progress ourselves.
According to the comments we can
/run AddTrackedAchievement(15654)
There was also a suggestion for this script:-

The script wouldn’t do anything for me but the add achievement track one does!
I was looking through this and checking off:
“Oh I’ve done this, I’ve done that, nearly finished that”.
Then I got to ‘Shadowlands Dilettante’, which is essentially complete the covenant mini-games “Yeh, Hard Pass!”.
