Following the introduction of the new pwave Blizzard seems that is not willing to revert it to how it worked previously. This is not a topic to discuss how bad the pwave is since that is discussed by everyone, but rather changes that can be made to our talent tree if Blizzard will never revert pwave to its formee function.
My proposal is to make LMT baseline for ele shamans and introduce a new capstone talent like primordial storm waa introduced for enhancement.
The reason is 1st LMT is an underwhelming capstone talent, in the previous season it provided a different gameplay loop that is now absent due to the changes of pwave. The 2nd reason another capstone talent might be a way to avoid the RNG nature of deep rooted elements that is personally not enjoyable.
I belive those 2 changes alone make ele shaman both use pwave again in a meaningfull manner but also step away from the heavy rng gameplay.
