Logged in to see all the new talents etc and the Prot ones cannot be changed. Specifically it seems Sanctified Wrath just can’t be right clicked full stop, but its a general bug for other talents as a result.

Update: Switching to the starter talent build seems to fix it. Don’t know why I didnt try that first
Try switching specs and then switching back to Prot again - that helped talent issues for me.
Tried that, sadly it didn’t work
Sometimes you need a reload, other Its not even working like that. Reset all talents and add new configurations and make sure there is no points talent selected. I Hope It wont give more problems in 10.1. Good luck.
