As much as i understand that protection paladin is a good class with such a good utility , their durability is not on par with that , which is odd cause a tank player should feel tanky , not a paper class.
Per example if you do a +10+/11 fine your gonna do fine but this comes with a twist where ilvl can impact your whole gameplay and how much can you survive packs , now with the turbo boost i jumped to +15 keys on a cinder , and my hp was dropping like crazy , the gameplay feel so stressful and not fun at some point .
Prot paladin need his mastery nerfs reverted back , and extend the duration of faith in the light to 10 seconds instead of 6 , or make ardent 30% dr instead of 20% , give some lacking tanks something to work with.
Some will say " just pull slow , you are not supposed to do big pulls that’s why u almost get os" , now in high keys if you can’t pull 3 packs minimum your pretty much bricking the key , crazy to know that prot paladin is doing way less keys than any other tanks , even blood dk destroyed him on the ladder , even my friend healer told me that " he try to avoid a prot paladins cause its not fun to heal at all" , feels like a dk with a shield but no death strike and no massive hp pool.
Well the game is supposed to be having choices , i enjoy one specific class on every role , but i assume blizzard devs are either worried to buff the durability of certain classes and make it absurdly broken , which doesn’t make no sense or like you said , they don’t care.
