Like they nerf many stuff telling us they want miracles happening from community and the first thing they are going to achieve with these things is a bunch of thousands players logging in first month of new expansion with 40ºC outside and after that going holydays and dont want to look back .
First of all because the Divine Toll no producing holy power is the first most pathetic thing to make the spec worse .
I agree that we shouldn’t have gotten nerfed but divine toll still does give you holy power per target hit up to 5. Just checked on beta in case the fixes screwed up something but no, still works.
