After completing achievement cyphers of the first ones i did get mail with schematic and turned quest in but schematic is missing from crafting system.

I acquired Cyphers of the First Ones this morning and did not receive the schematic directly into my bags or via the mail as indicated in some of the previous comments here. However, when I visited the Protoform Repository in the Arrangement Index location, the Pale Regal Cervid schematic was in the journal, ready to be crafted if I had the necessary materials.
Well i have all materials but don’t see it in my crafting journal
