I’m not saying it’s a bug, just… why? I’m the only one there, why must I wait some arbitrary 5-15 minutes before they let me in all on my lonesome? Are the NPC’s busy, or…? 
Err, there is no time, it should be an insta queue.
Guess it is a bug then, my toons all have to wait for several minutes
