after 19 years of playing world of warcraft they screwed me over and i think everyone should be careful with the character boost
I applied a character boost to a dwarf clicked accept the screen showed a dwaft
when the screen flashed it changed to a kul tiran
i had done nothing well it flashed and i was confused but i thought easy fix
nope there is nothing they can do even tho i have payed for this boost with the tww expac used the token correctly they will not help but told me just to buy another boost for 50 pound
i already feel pissed off with the insult to people with disability’s with the Faerin Lothar
the shield moves about like the arms invisible another box ticked thanks blizz
i give up but any one trying to use the character boost please be careful
Just ask support to make them give u a race change taking into what happen they should be able and willing to do that
they will not help me am just here to warn others before i leave i used to love this game feels bad to be stabbed in the back

well I payed for the boost with tww i didn’t get it they messed it up refused to help me mainly cos they want to steal more money of me for a completely automated process that cost them nothing in there reply to me they do infact state they could fix it but that would be realy bad for me (I started investigating this case for you and I see that you’ve been a veteran WoW player with us for more than 19 years which it makes it hard for me to say this but while we tried to accommodate our players in the past, the process of reversing actions has frequently led to unintended, detrimental consequences for our players. ) so yea i feel betrayed they dont see me as one of the players who bought and played there game for years they just seen me as another 50 pound extra
They fixed it for me before just because Tauren were giving me motion sickness so why would they not sort it out for you?

Regarding your request, as Game Masters, we’re unable to reverse Character services that have been made, however, If you would like a refund on the whole expansion, which included the boost you used, kindly let us know, and we’ll check for you the eligibility.

No you are incorrect i did not mistakenly pick the wrong character to boost i picked deadlen a dark iron dwarf the screen showed a dwarf when i used the boost
the screen flashed and then suddenly Lencoldroot took the dwarfs place this character is a kul tiran i dont know how this can happen but i did not do this your system did and i would like some help here other then a refund

I am Game Master Seuralsurgue from Blizzard Customer Support and I will be assisting you today.
I understand you contacted our Customer Support today because you accidentally used the free character boost that came with your World of Warcraft The War Within Epic Edition on the wrong character. You selected Daedlen to boost, and somehow Lencoldroot got boosted instead.
After investigating, I can only inform you that character boosts are permanent and will not be reverted once used , and we cannot swap a boost from a character to another, even though it was not your fault.
The only thing our customer support can do at this moment is to inform you that you will have to buy a new boost, if you want.
Please note that our conclusion is final and that our customer support cannot do anything to bypass that.

Ask for it to be escalated, I’ve had final responses that they’ve changed before.
They are more interested in marking tickets as cleared than actually helping people.
If you have twitter it’s probably not a bad idea to shame them a little on there too. It’s far more public and has a wider reach. It’s harder to duck a question like “It takes no effort, costs you nothing and would make me a customer happy, why wouldn’t you just do it?”

i just got my TWW refunded that was easier then just helping me guess i don’t play wow anymore good luck guys hope they don’t try to scam you also
