PsyLink Changes are very good + VE off GCD

When I saw that VoidBolt was going to affect PsyLink, I knew it would be good, but damn, it is actually kinda strong! AoE is shredding!

Vamp Embrace being off GCD is also a sweet change, but I don’t understand why Blizzard think I would go Sanguine Teachings over VE, even when they buffed VE.

It’s a quick fix so healers can go down that side of the tree without grabbing ve which is useless.
