We already know that the Venthyr have worked with the Naaru in the past. In fact we know that the Naaru have been given the tower of Dawnkeep because that is where they first emerged and it is saturated with the Light. The light - or Light - is deadly to the Venthyr so that the origin of the Naaru and the place in Shadowlands most saturated with the Light is in Revendreth is ironic.
Wowhead writers showing their reading comprehension by somehow believing the Dawnkeep in Revendreth is where the were born/created originally (lol) instead of that’s just where their attack on Revendreth started. Absolute tinybrains.

The more Shadowlands lore is revealed, the more stupid it seems. Good grief, they had a kindergarten level premise of “cackling villain wants revenge on the people who imprisoned him” and they still botched it.

straight up I read “The Venthyr have worked with the Naaru in the past” and laughed…
like… they tried to kill the Venthyr… currently our “co-operation” with Z’rali is like unprecedented.
I go to WoWhead for news and datamining… but they have so many articles which have pointless guff in them.

A bit of speculation here, but you guys seen that “leak” floating around? The one of an image of a Maldraxxi necropolis hovering above what seems to be the Borean Tundra? The images keep being taken down, and it’s very strange.
Also, Red Shirt Guy implied on Twitter that it may be linked to updated mammoth running animations. That itself was very weird and seemed so random, so perhaps there is a very faint connection. Perhaps people who are RPing in Northrend may get another shock if this all turns out to be true.
