So, wait, hold on.
It’s no longer that they repeatedly said it (they didn’t).
It’s no longer that they didn’t just make that assumption based on nothing (they did base it on something).
But now it’s about the wording they used?
Goalposting galore, I’ve seen you use very nasty words in the past Telaryn, but I don’t think you are a malicious individual nor do I think you had malicious intent then either. You just wanted to get your point across because you’re passionate about something.
Could he have used another way? For sure. But I’m not one to tell people what kind of language they need to use and if raging furry capsulates in their belief the context in this case then they may do that no problem.
How’re they misconstrueing their image? It’s a bit oxymoronic question because everybody builds their own subjective image of something or somebody - He built his own image, you did yours.
Unless you’re making the argument that if they watched the same proof as you did, then they can’t come to the same conclusion. But I’m sure you’re not silly enough to think that if people are present with the same information and material they will just automatically agree on the interpretation of things, now will they?
You’re saying he obviously acted in malicious intent. That’s your PoV. And I disagree, that’s my PoV. That’s why we’re having this argument. We have access to the exact same context, yet we disagree.

Can you please stop with your usual walls of pseudo-intellectual replies and just get back to the topic at hand. Thank you.
Elemental dragon villains reminds me too much of guild wars 2.

evil can’t create, it can only corrupt

I remember that big undead dragon that kept Vomiting on people and you had to help those fish/frog guys harpoon it… Guild Wars 2 was fun.

Which GW2 nerfed into the ground to make their next time/moneysink more appealing?
Arenanet can go take a long walk off a short pier in this regard i’m afraid
I stopped playing when I realised I couldn’t be bothered to unlock more mounts post raptor.
It hilarious how that line is aped again and again in complete irony, creating nothing new and just being a stale meme used to twist and yes, corrupt the meaning of things. Coming out of the amazon lotr black dwarf discourse, it’s just self parody at this point.
Bouncy armour made me feel awkward but I mainly lost interest because the RP scene was garbage stew.

Understandable, that’s how I reacted to the Skyscale when I gave the game a 2nd chance some time after Path of Fire. I’d say the blizz take on that concept is better even because it can also go up from neutral, which is something the literal gryphon in gw2 couldn’t do.
Not to mention cooler animations with twirls and all that junk.
Pardon, how did they nerf stuff? I’m a long time player and I do not remember anything that was a proper nerf, unless you mean the release of the skyscale, which still has its downsides and upsides like all the other mounts.
They massively reduced its speed and its ability to gain height as opposed to conserve height
Did they? It’s about the same as it was on release pretty sure, neither does google produce results. Anet is mostly hit and miss on class balance changes. If you have a link to the patch notes or remember which version they changed things, I’d appreciate it because it’s the first time I am hearing about it.
I don’t have such a link and it’s been long enough that there’s no chance of me remembering when exactly it was, nor do I care about guild wars 2 enough to figure it out.
You’ll just have to take my word for it. Or not, it’s up to you really.
Then maybe they didn’t change anything and you’re just spreading wrong information.
More on topic, I am cautiously looking forward to minor dragon types being expanded on. The primal dragons stuff has me worried though, it just smells of some kind of first ones stuff again.
I wouldn’t say it’s as bad. Pretty sure it’s been established in lore for a while now that proto-dragons descend from elementals, so at least there’s that link.
The leaders of this primalist movement were four dragons who were the incarnates of the elemental forces that they had embodied and they were on par with the Aspects. It took all the coordination and skill of the Aspects working together to defeat and imprison these Primal Incarnates in the past.
Nozdormu must have really terrible power over time.
And Malygos must have been bad at casting spells at a fire dragon.
