we’re not far off that tbh if we haven’t passed it already, we’ve definitely passed the ‘here is an interesting stone texture’ point
isn’t that like 90% of Old God or Old God-adjacent dialogue
Since there’s no understanding of what and why happened to the Azerite issue since the fall of Ny’alotha, the most logical way is to treat it like it’s still present, but more or less dormant. Most of the known Azerite deposits are either mended or harvested by the major factions, the new ones appear too seldom to make a new war out of it, and it’s still too expensive or powerful to find its way in the common hands. So unless we’re talking about military elite, the stronger goblin cartels or those lucky enough to arrange a small-scaled mining operation and survive, it’s mostly out of reach.
I was going to say, that sounds like pretty much every video that speculates about Il’gynoth or Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron whispers.
I’ve produced a 3 hour video on “your heart will explode”.
Good guy Yoggy telling us to watch our cholesterol.
I suppose that’s how the Twilight’s Hammer became popular. They’ve been seeking sense in the ramblings in the Void for everyone to hear.
Hmm
All these new things and I am still trying to figure out normal professions
I doubt it, they had a Chromatic drake in their ranks too! (I knoe it’s a silly hope, but it makes me hope there are actually Chromatic dragons around and they’ll get some sort of redemption and become a minor flight alongside the Stormheim and Nether dragons).

I kind of hope we get a connection between the chromatic flight and the dracthyr
since the dracthyr seems to be a perfected chromatic dragon, capable of learning magic from all the flights.
or if the chromatic were supposed to be the evolved and superior version of a dracthyr
having their powers but the body of an actual dragon.
I am also unsure if those voice lines confirm chromatics have managed to produce eggs or if those lines are shared by the black dragons and thus is just confirmation that a secret nest exist somewhere.
I honestly think that is spot on, dracthyr are “inferior” in that they look more like the drakonids than actual dragons.
Buut, I think Deathwing did that on purpose because the dracthyr were supposed to serve the dragons.
Nefarion however made the Chromatic dragonflight because he wanted to either replace the Black Dragonflight or replenish them in this way.
Dunno if thats canon or I just headcannoned that for myself tho
I think he shares voicelines with Black dragon variants, so the clutch he’s reffering too is those of the Blacks!
Then again, they only need a male and female dragon and their eggs could just chill with those of the Blacks.
I figure the issue with Dracthyr vs Chromatic Dragons was twofold:
Nefarian was just not as good at this as Neltharion.
Dracthyr while quite dragony are just not dragons.
Oh, they’re Charizard.
How very dare you.

Nice… I think?
From what I could read
Deathwing tried to replenish the number of his flight with the chromatics, but only Nefarian got so far as to have living brood, of which the few that didn’t die outright or weren’t awfully mutated he would magically age to the age of drakes.
Seems like an okay idea. Will be ignored by cutting edge peeps but gives solo players who don’t want to suffer through LFR a way to keep their gear up for world content just fine.
After previous expansions, I think cutting edge peeps actually want content which they can safely ignore. They seem to complain whenever there’s something that could give them an edge, because that means they’re forced to do it.
tbh even at my extremely casual level of PvE engagement I like to be able to ignore some of the content, or at least have a finite amount that I’ll need to care about it.
torghast’s main issue wasn’t that it was in itself inherently bad - it’s that progression required me to do it every week for months.
