Definitely one of the higher-ranking SI:7 agents.
He also plays an important role in 11.1’s story, second to only Gazlowe in terms of importance as a protagonist, until he’s killed by Gallywix’s right-hand girl.
But yeah, I hope the inevitable Xal’atath raid has a mechanic where you’re immune to her whispers if you take a sip of some fresh OJ.

Last time it manifested without my utterance. Prepare for the new Kaja Blast flavor and a chance to win a new bottle shaped rocket mount (promotion only in US).

vestments of Heaven!
I think the helmet is still incomplete or incorrect? The rest changes between Sun and Moon but the helmet is always a Sun? I imagine there’s a Moon one coming probably and its just not finished. Looks neat otherwise, even if I do still think this is a Night Elf Elune psyop.
The belt always has a crescent moon symbol, so maybe its supposed to be this way?
Counter-argument, its a Tauren Psyops since they’re the only race that worship both!
The only type that can logically wear these IC is an Elune-worshipping Gilnean, probably a druid at that. Such human faces on the garbs all belong to the human-style priestly robes (like the Tomb of Sargeras set), so it only makes sense to try and glorify her in this way for a human.
The face looks much more akin to female-elven I’d say than any other race, and whilst Humans are generally the more plate-y race, there are 1 million statues of Elune in Night Elven form in every Elf-adjacent zone in the game so I wouldn’t see it as beyond them either.
Plus the overall armour design evokes a much more Elven styling than anything else.
Its decided then. This is something a Imperial Night(borne) Elf from Suramar would wear to show off his family once ancient connection to the Moon Goddess, Elune. Their extreme focus on Moon-symbols make them ideal candidates to wear this, since Night Elves hardly have any (Crescent) Moon symbols or buildings within their world spanning Empire anymore (note-able exceptions being the tiny Temple of the Moon in Val’sharah)
On a more serious note; have you both looked more closely on the face? It looks more like a darn Clown then Human or Elven in design, holy hell how can you seriously discuss this? Its not meant to be for any race, for real, because I can see no one wear this joke of an armor.

While I agree that it’s simply a non-race specific set (AD:ers once more assuming that the average WoW player analyses these things to any depth whatsoever) I do actually think it looks pretty sick.
Eh, the faces on the shoulders, like I stated above, turn me off. It looks to… Clownishh? Can’t call it Human or Elven, I suppose? And while I do joke that it could fit an Imperial Highborne/Nightborne from Suramar as an armor, personally I do feel it has alot of Mogu (Chinese?) influences in it, and thus it could work really well on an Elite Pandaren Warrior kind of concept, I suppose? Especially the head item!
