The fact they just Went And Did It for Tauren shows they absolutely can, and should, have done the same elsewhere.

All mounts/pets/toys should have bad luck protection either in the form of a token currency you can spend to simply buy it or a more direct drop chance boost every time you donât get it.
Might take you 20 kills, but if you know itâs the maximum it will take, thatâs not so bad.
But then you might get what you want faster and not want to subscribe as much, so theyâll never do that.

my issue with mount farming is i genuinely beleive now in the black magic of âif your actively farming it your chances become 0.â i spent four weeks farming the Galagio trash rare from Scrap heaps for the Venture Co. Flier, nada.
come back after a 2 week break it drops on the first spawn while only doing it for the weekly not the mount. it made me a beleiver

I believe that. Itâs what happened for every single raid mount I got. Try to farm, go every week? Though luck. Go do ICC real quick to get the dead boss for the adventure guide thing before the month ends? ⊠Well I got Invincible now.
You gotta not try. Doesnât work if you try.
(Exception of the Dark shore mounts as I recall it, I think I was farming them and they dropped. Higher chance than in raid tbf)

Spent years trying to get alâar. Stopped farming it. Did a tmog run with a guildy. It drops and they got it.

Never spent years trying to get Alâar, because going to the raid is kinda tedious. I do Timewalking Black Temple and it drops in the goodie bag. 
Friendly reminder if you want TBC/Wrath/Cata era mounts, do the Timewalking raids. Iâm fairly certain the reward bag has a higher chance to drop mounts (not that much higher, mind, but still!).
TLPD, went to Northrend for a RP event, took a small detour through Storm Peaks and lo and behold!
Some of the chess-themed gear looks cool.
Not sure about canonical sweatpants.

The difficulty of timewalking dungeons will be increased next patch.
Honestly, a welcome change, considering how faceroll they currently are. Maybe bosses wonât die in five seconds anymore.

Sadly there is no power on earth that can compensate for the soul draining experience of the average PUG, so Iâm sure theyâll be⊠fun⊠when these changes hit live. Ah well.
