As title says. Tell me one good reason why there is no option for quality for public orders.
This is pure stupidity every day there is 0 public orders and i am not suprised why would anybody put it there with max mats and then get rank 3 item.
Its years already can blizz finally fix this ?

Yea its only good on item that either doesnt have ranks or they dont matter to you, and there is few such items .
Im kinda dissapointed in cath up on knowledge points also, some profs ( like gathering) can be done in day or so, if u put in the work, rest needs many weeks or rng and burning gold
