Pugging mythic raids is incredibly frustrating [Rant]

Blizzard understand your playerbase. We’re mostly 30+ now with limited time and a desire to participate in Mythic raiding, REMOVE THE BLOODY MYTHIC LOCKOUT.

So many of us just want a shot at progressing a mythic boss, but the moment you lose 1-2 people the group disbands. This season it’s even worse. I’m trying to pug Rik this week, but in order to do so I have to start on Rik and skip picking up my Vault, as Cauldron gives me a chance at a shoulder upgrade and if I somehow get it I can pick another item in Vault. Earlier today I actually got into a Rik pug and we wiped on 1% that eventually lead to a group disband because a few people had to go soon and would end up only killing Rik and not having a chance of killing Vexie and Cauldron due to the shared lockout and the group already killing them.

How can you possibly defend this dated system?

I defend any system where people don’t get things handed to them on a silver platter.
I’ll gladly support the extreme elitism on mythic content if that means casuals don’t get happy; they have already DESTROYED enough games.

This is far from handing anything to anyone. This is about having a chance to actually put in the effort with random people instead of having no chance to even attempt the content unless I tailor my life around playing a video game at least 2 times a week at a specific time.
