Long story short: Been 5 AQ40 resets and only a few people got the tier set. Phase 6 started with people complaining that they didn’t have time to receive Tier2 sets.
Now we see that Phase 7 PTR is about to happen and I feel like the history will repeat. Perhaps we could receive more drops at least from the hardmode AQ?

After 4 resets of AQ40 + a few AQ20s, I am already halfway to Exalted
Both idols, scarabs and tier tokens are too rare imo, i have not been able to get my 4 set yet.
I miss BWL… where loot was in abundance.
Not mentioning the absurd prices for the idols…

Well if you are guildless in WoW you kinda are not gonna raid. Unless you pug.
Also 1 tier, AT MOST will set you back like 500g. And even that price is insane high.
Mots of the times 200g and you are good. Which is nothing.
I think the situation is the same, for PUGs and for Guilds:
It’s 300-400g per idol + whatever the scarabs are.
I just checked AH and rebirth seems to be really expensive, so that’s 1000g if you were a pugger and had to buy them from the AH
I also checked every other idol and it seems it is only the paladin idols (the class i play) who has really expensive idols…
There’s idols who don’t even cost 40g lol.
You all have it easy, But i guild raid so for me it’s free any way.
Our last AQ40 was done with the “Descent into Madness” mode. The rewards were a total of 4 tokens, 2 recipes and 1 mount. This feels like an “extra boss” not like an actual loot bonus. Perhaps it’s only me but we definitely argue if we should even continue the hassle of doing hardmode only for 4 extra tokens
I have 2p on my Pala too. And I got Rebirth for 130g a few days ago (per).
The price goes up and down a lot on the idols. Ofc dont buy it for near 500g, its not a realistic price.
Why even bother with aq when new instaces and naxx is out soon.
It feels like you will switch out all gear when naxx hits.
Because I pay a monthly subscription for this game content and I’d like to complete it?

(edit): I mean, if I wanted only the “warcraft experience” of a community, raiding and pvp I could easily go to…
