So I purchased the Murloc bag for my Fiancé who has had a battle.net account for years aswell as a wow one but never really played.
She redeemed the gift and yet it’s not appearing…
£13.50 for an item that isn’t showing up is making me pissed to say the least.
Ticket responses are over a week for billing issues?
I’m therefore hoping the community has some insight that Blizzard hasn’t shared as I would like to actually let her use the transmog I paid my money for.
It seems there’s a footnote here that it can take a few minutes or hours to be delivered after purchase even after it’s completed.
They could try a password reset to refresh the account status, but I have to add from experience that certain transmogs seems to disappear and re-appear at will and is a known hard to replicate bug.
This is only after you’ve succesfully managed to get it though
This is for store and promotional transmogs, they’re on the case but are unable to replicate the hard issue.
It also used to work fine until it broke down then, the good news is it will re-appear but you have to re-apply the transmogs again which costs gold so… Annoying.
