So I did purchase the new 12-month sub package thinking it would be dope with the new mounts and I usuall go for 6-month subs other wise.
So I didn’t get the mounts at first and got nothing to claim ingame or in bnet launcher. I made a ticket and got a pretty useless autoreplay on it.
I made a new ticket and got the same useless auto replay again.
Its now been 3 days, the money is pulled from my bank account and I got no way to get in touch with blizzard rather than sending out tickets and get auto replies.
How are we supposed to get any help at all when stuff like this happens and there is no real person answering just a mail/ticket respons with links to different forums posts.
If the filtering system for the tabs is set to all then you can only try another ticket. There is a slight possibility an addon could be stopping you seeing it.
Just to check you used this?
Usually it can take up to 24 hours but since you are beyond that opening another ticket is all you can do, or if you can reopening one of your tickets would be better.
As the person above me stated, that’s probably the issue. I have the same issue, and upon closer investigation it seems to have been activated on Americas & Oceania.
I just got a reply yesterday that a refund is not available, but I’m gonna go to hell and back with this. I just re-did the entire process and nowhere does it ever claim it will activate on Americas & Oceania, atleast not clearly. It does state (in my case) WOW1, and if you follow that hyperlink it shows Americas & Oceania, but I did not notice that hyperlink at first and just saw WOW1 and thought that because I went via my EU account that would be correct, but apparently no.
Create a ticket and make sure they notice it, I’m not sure the customer support is aware of the issue. Because I know you can’t refund game time normally, but this is something else and probably a bug in the store and should be refunded IMO.
Edit: Further investigation, if you follow the hyperlink it says it’s now in the US store, even if you go via your EU account (This would then explain why it just says “WOW1” in my case and why it activated in the Americas, since I’m in their shop and the only account I have there is “WOW1”). In there this is a link to the EU store, but I can’t find the offer anywhere in the EU store, even if it clearly states it’s available in all regions:

I’ve been at this for a while and might miss it. But if someone want’s to look even closer in the EU specific store and see if they can find the offer, please let me know and I’ll update my ticket with more info.
Edit 2: Found it in the EU store. But just to drive the point home as how absurd this is, this is currently the process in order to buy it on EU.
Click the big promo banner in the launcher.
See WOW1 and asume this is correct, why wouldn’t it? I went via the EU account
Realise you are wrong and click the WOW1 hyperlink
Scroll down and click the EU store at the end of that screen on the correct account (WOW1 again)
