Hello guys,
I play a shaman and want to know if there is any Addon or weak aura that indicates purgable buffs in Arena or makes a warning about them.
Like have the buff glowing next to the frames or over the targets bar

Hey the standard frame does it by itself.
Spells are shiny for the ones you can purge/steal.
If you speak about stuff like bop/temp shield you should try flyplatebuff.
Somehow i have it disabled cause nothing is shining 
Do you know how to enable it?

I have no idea I got it by default, but maybe with elvui it doesn’t work.
You can try flyplatebuff you can see insta when someone drop bop/temp /freedom etc…
And for focus I got big debuff which tells me when for example a paly use big heal(I don’t remember the right name) and it help you to not overlapping a cc for example on a target it’s really huge.
BigDebuffs
The standard frame acts weird with some debuffs. On my blood elf mage stuff like divine favour will be lit up on the target, but on my void elf one it won’t.

Flyplatebuffs + make the icon of things important to dispel like combustion and divine favour a huge icon
