Purpose of Holographic Digitalization Hearthstone?

So i took me one hour to farm this blueprint for the mechagon hearthstone (drops by the data anomalities if you are curious) and i cant figure out the purpose of this Item?
Originally i thought, sweet a second hearthstone but it shares the cooldown with the regular one which is kinda a bummer so i dont really know whats so different then?

Did i miss something about it?

It’s following a trend of alternate hearthstones. Upon use it likely has a different animation, much like the ones from the holidays.

It’s just part of character customization. I use different hearstones from different holidays on different characters. And I’m thinking it might be great for my rogue with engineering. But first I need Ingitercoils for a mount.

The only way to get more than one cooldown on the travel to an inn is to play a shaman. Some things take you to alternate location like the dalaran hearthstone.

Look of it ? Does it look cool?

How do you know when you’re addicted to WoW:

You don’t know what an item does.

Don’t look at what it does after getting it.

You spent an hour farming for it.

About as much character customisation as we’re going to get from Blizzard.

  1. Saves a slot in your bag since it’s a toy, so you can throw the regular HS away.
  2. Looks pretty darn cool.

Its a toy, toys = fun, its a item to have fun with!

And by the looks of it (if this “new” HS is this bored for you), it sound like you havent done any of the events that have been going on as of late, they added tons of new cool HS animation into the game!

I can just say, your missing out on some of the cool new HS toys they have added!

been that way with many recipes from the robot , most time the description is so bad you have to look it up in Wowhead to understand if you need the pattern or not. I had to look up the trinket/Ring Token thingy because it was not clear to me what it did (because the real description is on the MADE ITEM (before you use it ofc) , not very helpful if you want to know BEFORE making the item… ) :frowning:

It really should be clear in the recipe description what each item is…

Also fun the items I have in my bags , I have rare stuff there that I have no idea what it is for… and I have 3 sets of keys which I have nowhere to use them… one may be for the vaultbot in alternate realm but who knows…

And I do not appreciate all the stuff that clutters my inventory since the patch … the stones for the chests in Nazjatar, are not stackable I have now 8 of them… with no chest ever in all the time to use them on, not one in like 4 days…

I am missing 300 rep for flying I think I will take a break from the new zones after because they stress me out/bore/frustrate me already… DOH
