Put a CD on cyclone already

Thread title says it all.

Either put a CD on it or remove the CD on all CC.

If they can cyclone 3x in a row, mages should be able to dragons breath someone 3x in a row.

Rogues should be able to kidney someone 3x in a row.

DKs should be able to silence someone 3x in a row.

Asphyxiate 3x in a row.

STorm bolt 3x in a row.

Yes, take them all off CD or put cyclone on a CD.

Wat about fear? Never breaks. Spamable 100%

You really really need to stop crying here every day and learn how to position yourself properly and use the toolkit of your class.

These comparisons alone show that you likely have never broken the 1800 barrier

Also if you get cycloned 3 times in a row as a healer (or as anything really) you deserve to lose. I’m convinced you’re just trolling at this point

Here I’ll help you even:

Watch and learn

I mean the first clone comes to rake/bash from stealth and its teams fault if they dont kick it or play around it if they ventured 90y from the healer in start and didnt assume that the rdruid will aim for this stun → clone maneuver that is as common as rogues using sap on open which ppl should also prepare for and assume. The 2 clone that come into the first are also kickable and predictable by the team when they see the heal is on clone they should know there will be atleast 1 more after it cause its so easy to do on target that already is in one, the same counts for any type of cc. If there is pala hoj or rogue kidney or any cc thrown to healer during game and ur weakaura says it and theres rdruid in other team just assume he is going to aim clone into this cc. I mean some of this is also on the team if they just do dmg all game. Im not defending clone or op im just tired of watching ppl in SS generally do nothing but vroom to horizon from start and not even understand theres rogue or druid coming to sap/clone start. Lets not forget theres 3 ppl in team its not all on the healer to just be able to heal them alone from his own wits while they did nothing but dmg.

I used to play 3s with one boomy as rsham and i absolutely loved the boomy had brains to see if I got pet stun by hunters and he would immediately disrupt hunter during the stun so i had time get out the stun before trap comes and i could ground or fleshcraft etc. Theres alot the team can also do to help him not be in those 3 clone chains.

Idk why so often in ss as dps I can train enemy healer and I see their team give the healer no help at all and the heal is bound to die 2-3min later in dampen if I just continue train it and his team did nothing to peel. Its not even relevant what would be right or wrong. If one wants to do his all he will help anyone that he thinks will need it.

Cast sheep ?

Dk’s don’t need 3 silence when they got 1 blank silence, 1 interupt on short cd, pet stun, Asphyxiate, blind, 2 grips and after they are immune to spell damage while they can burst you.

My god this class if they want to prevent you from casting.

I’ve played to 2240 CR, 2.4k mmr.

So, wrong.

I’ve played a resto druid to 2.2k mmr, started at 1500.

It’s pretty much impossible to not get cyclones off on people.

Pretty much every loss I’ve had as a druid has been because of the DPS, not because of the enemy healer. The enemy healer has had almost no influence on the outcome of the games when they’re not resto druids/pres evokers. Doesn’t matter how well they play, they can’t avoid cyclones infinitely. The only ways they get wins is if their DPS knows to switch targets instead of training a target otherwise they eventually lose to a CC cycle or if my DPS screws up and gets themselves killed.

And it’s because I’ve played resto druid that I think cyclone should be nerfed. I didn’t think it would be as easy as it is. I’ve never played resto druid in PvP prior to DF, only feral.

Resto druids need to be totally gutted in both pve & pvp or other healers buffed to the point they’re equal to resto druids, because there’s no point playing anything else otherwise.

Breaks as soon as someone sneezes on it, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to sw:d it, lol.

Damn you should teach all the r1 resto druids your ways then, I guess you know something that they don’t.

Maybe start here and say what you would’ve done better and how you would’ve utilized clones to win the matches.

Rdruid also got massively nerfed on beta, welcome your pres overlords now.

If you want clone removed then you’ll have to buff resto druid healing to a point where it’s not only the best in the game, but where resto druid will (by default) win every single match against other healers because it would be the only healer that can’t push for cc to win the game.
That’s how class designs work.

Remove all of a class’ utility and you’ll end up having to buff its damage/healing output to a point where its the best or close to the best in the game in order to make it viable. We kind of had this with DK in BfA (for example), I bet you enjoyed that as disc in S2

I didn’t touch PvP in BFA outside of playing it for the essence, once I had the essence I didn’t play it any more. In SL when I thought I might PvP again, first arena I entered I met moonkin + holy paladin with bop + AM that convoked me. Yep, that was the season 1 for me, all games I played, didn’t touch it again after that until SL was over.

Because PvP balance has been bad ever since they started making it around arena, I got tired of resto druids already in TBC when I tried to play mage/rogue in 2v2 in season 2. “hehe, im stealthed, can’t be poly’d and my partner is a human with perception so screw you LOLOLOLOL, your rogue can’t effectively restealth even if you manage to get him out of combat because human racial combined with faerie fire makes it impossible eheauehauehauehauehua”. Very fun gameplay.

Or when playing my priest playing priest/warlock. “lololo, you can’t even mana burn me because I can’t be burned if I shift into my forms xDdDdDD”

Playing my feral vs resto druids was just boring as hell “HEHE, LOOK AT ME, I CAN SPAM MY HIBERNATE XDDDDDDDDD”. Very fun gameplay. If another feral druid was to do that, they had to leave cat and I could just leave cat too to prevent it, but against a resto druid that’s just mashing it? No, you can’t just keep leaving cat because you’re not doing any damage and you were going to oom in the long run from the shifting.

Dumbest spec since arena was introduced. At its worst it has been mediocre, never really bad like other healers at their worst.

edit: It’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve seen in any game with pvp I’ve played, outside of AWP in CS.

I only play it to get the rewards I’m interested in nowadays as a result of the bad balance and when I’m really bored and have nothing else to do.

In TWW I’m probably not touching PvP outside of being very bored after I get the enchant, if it’s worth getting looks-wise, if it’s not worth getting I’m stopping once I get the mog. It’s nowhere close to balanced enough to play it for fun.

All of this just reads mad cuz bad tbh. Rdruid had enough seasons where it was completely unplayable and bottom tier by far.

Anyway, since you compare cyclone to kidney I suggest we make it an instant ranged stun with 6 second duration and 20 second cd. Sounds good yea?

Since all you can do are ad hominem, I’m just gonna put you on ignore.

Good bye, forever.

Hi Elahra,

You can avoid cyclone by standing 20yd or more away from the druid. That is an effective method tested by me.

You can also fade the rake stun and then fear so druid cant rake->cyclone you.

Or if you struggle with reaction time and cant necessarily fade in time, you have team mates that can CC druid or kick if they try to cast cyclone.

The options are endless and I hope you will apply the knowledge I teached you in your gameplay.

AHAHAH
HAHHAHAHAHA

Straight to ignore you go.
