Put a cooldown or slow mode on services channel

I get the point of the services channel, but with multiple people automatically posting in it it moves faster than you can read. If you type something in the channel there should be a short cooldown before you can do it again. That would make the channel more useful.

There should also be a level requirement.
There are far too many level 10 death knight’s spamming.

not everyone want

how about i want to offer my enchanter service and drown in spam of rmt heroic aberrus clear

1 filter word like “sarkareth” would fix entire chat spam

That’s what the trade chat is for. Services channel is for boosting.

trade chat is ded and nobody uses it

service aka crafting order u get it ?

Most of the people use correct channels, i dont know why you claim that its not so. I also agree on the delayed chat, its pain to see some r-bard spamming same thing over and over again.

Not sure how things are on other servers, but trade chat is pretty active on the Alliance side of Ravencrest. I see plenty of people offering and asking profession stuff. But the services channel is 100% boosting and flies so fast it’s impossible to read anything.

My trade chat is full of profession adverts and I can find any crafter within a minute.
As far as I’m concerned services is basically a jail for all the boost spam so we don’t have to see it.
Might as well be a black hole for all I care.

Said the guy who boosts people on levelling dungeons for Aug. Rune to sell them for gold.

Blizz pays me to compensate for the healer shortage, so technically it’s more like community service.

Ahhh, good old Annaconda, everyone “technically” contradicts themselves from time to time, to compensate. All of us “technically” have some dirty secrets, done dirty cheap, to compensate. The irresistible smell of gold sometimes attracts us all.

But do you see now? Sometimes it helps to keep your secrets to yourself and stay silent about your… methods.
