Doing time rift in a group, with lots of other people doing the rift not in my group at 9pm server time. When the rift to the boss opens, my friend gets put in with everyone else and I’m put into an instance with the Lich King and one other player. Obviously not scaled down to be two manned, so we didn’t stand a chance. Very unhappy that I wasted my time, whatever your opinion of time rifts I enjoy them a lot, assuming I actually get to complete them. Hoping my next time rift I at least get sent to the same instance as my friend 
Yeah, it happens sometimes due to the anti-lag changes. Outside of the lich king they should be soloable with some basic selfhealing if you really want the rep/currency.
