During DF, BG matchup always gave us the same number of healers on both teams, but that starting requirement seems to have been removed. We have slightly shorter queues, but the outcome of BGs are, once again, decided by which team has the most healers.
I prefer having a slightly longer queue and a more even battle.
I would even go a step further and replace rnd bg with non-rated blitz. This would also make it easier for people to transition into the new ruleset. Right now, there are 3! different version of EoTs (Blitz, rnd, RBG) and like 4 or 5 different Arathis. This will be very confusing once S1 starts.
Seems like a bug, hopefully. Enemy team having 5 geared healers and ours with 1.25 healers in normal bg can’t be intentional. Surely. Once was a novelty, but multiple times is odd. 3 min queue is nice ye! But prefer 15 min queue for balanced healers.
I think low level random bg’s are not balanced (for better queue times). They may set the level 70 bracket to the non-balanced type a bit too early. At level 80 you get same amount of healers. This EA thing was not their best idea (from the players PoV)
Actually no and as a healer I kinda like it, I finally have something to heal. I rather have one more dps on my team since most people seem somehow to struggle to do damage in random bgs.
