Yesterday in the game during the stream I bought an item for the new currency Puzzle CHip Cartel - it was an Best-in-slot weapon for Retri Paladin on the Myth Track level from One Arm Bandit. Unfortunately, today after logging in I noticed that the stats on this weapon do not match the ones I need on my character at all, I am not sure if it is not a bug and if necessary, it is possible to change the item’s stats to those that should be or exchange the item:( This whole situation is terribly stressful because just getting these Puzzles to exchange the item cost a lot of time and if there is a possibility when buying, even for experienced players like me, to make a mistake of this magnitude, it is terribly depressing and discouraging to continue playing:(
Your post is a bit confusing, but do not panic
the item can only have STR/AGI or INT on it at one time, so just equip the item, right click on it in your character sheet and after a short channel it should start providing useful stats
you will also notice that the color of the weapon had changed and that a new transmog had been unlocked
naturally when you shift the item from INT/caster form into a STR/AGI/melee weapon the physical damage number component should also grow a large amount
unfortunately the weapon stats didn’t change after equipping, I took the item, bought it in the retri spec and I don’t understand what happened here… it’s a terribly depressing thing, such bugs shouldn’t happen
BIS has an use effect, if you activate that effect outside of combat the stats swap from agi strength to int and vice versa.
It’s kinda like that old fire shadow spear from molten core, or benediction anathema.

Starting to think there really is something wrong with it. I’d be open to someone more casual being confused at first but a player of his caliber should have quickly figured it out himself or at least would know where first to look for information.
