PvE changes that are excluded in PvP should also apply in duels/world pvp encounters

MoP used to have a great Stormwind entrance Duel activity, since the recent changes which apply only to PvE kills some speccs for World PvP and Duels or negatively effect this expirience

Best example:

Tigereye Brew no longer increases the healing by the same amount since the mastery “revert” in the Patchnotes. This ends up nerfing TEB in those scenarios by missing 60% healing done when you need it.

Warlock’s Glyph Eternal Resolve passive 10% dmg reduction can’t be used in duels/world PvP either. Why not make seperate glyphs?

Solution:

Make it apply if encountered in PvP combat like you did it with itemlevel in WoD.

Or let it enable/disable when you activate or deactive PvP

/push cause this is definetly a problem, specially with timless isle and the world pvp on there aswell

Monks literally shats on everything in duels, 1.4 skilled players win vs anyone, so idk why u want good duels but play monk.

no it doesn’t, lol. it only shats on bad players. like most other speccs in MoP.
