More work!? Zug zug!
Hi there! We’re More Zugs - a cross-faction (and now cross-realm) PvE community stuffed with several roleplayers that are focused on clearing heroic raiding alongside other things, like community M+ runs and needlessly lengthy discussions about what can be classified as a croissant in voice chat!
Our main intention is to clear the heroic raids of the season and claim ahead of the curve. We might potentially dip our toes into Mythic if the community has voted whether or not they want to chase even bigger shinies - this is decided on a season by season basis.
Our Progress
We have achieved our goal for the season of Ahead of the Curve and are now 8/8 Heroic in Nerub’ar Palace, along with clearing Glory of the Nerub-ar Raider! Next on our agenda is some reclears and we’ll also be looking to dive into Blackrock Depths Normal/Heroic with the anniversary patch, too!
What Are We Looking For?
At the moment we are looking for some more DPS players who can join us for raid. Some people with tank off-specs and healer off-specs to act as DPS mains and backup tanks/heals would be adored! There are rejigs at times, so a healer slot might open up at some point! We are currently NOT accepting any more Warriors - we were raided by a wild pack of Warriors and can feed no more!
Raid Times
We raid on Mondays and Fridays from 20.00 to 23.00 server time!
More About Us!
- A fun (if a little deranged…) group of raiders you can play the game with! Our raid feasts are filled with crayons and protein. What more could you ask for?
- Fun and Shenanigans! While we aim to down the heroic raid, we are also here to have a fun time while doing it in a healthy atmosphere. While we might focus a bit during progress, there’s plenty of moments of laughter and silliness once things are on farm.
- Community Events! At the moment we are running a Halloween-themed transmog event within the community. We’ve previously done a “Guess the M+ Prize Pool” and a “Where in the World is Penny Scavenger Hunt” with exciting rewards! (It’s mostly gold.)
- Loot Council to try and establish fairness with looting. The members are rotated and we are using this as a way to make those exciting and rare drops distributed as fairly as we possibly can.
- New-Raider Friendly. Everyone starts somewhere and some of us did not start doing end-game content until we joined the community. We’re welcoming of newer players to the end-game scene - as one such person, trust me when I say it can be a ton of fun!
Expectations
- We ask that our players are ready with their consumables, enchants, gems, as well as general ability to play their chosen spec - mainly for when we are progressing and re-clearing Heroic in the earlier weeks!
- Don’t be a butt. We’re here to have fun so any sort of unwelcome shenanigans will be met with appropriate action. Negativity happens but we want to try and keep a positive and cheerful atmosphere, so know when to take a break!
- Any sort of disrespectful attitude or other harassment towards RPers is not allowed. While the community was made with the intent of raiding and PvE content, every member will be expected to treat RPers with common decency and respect. This includes the usage of addons to parody profiles of RPers. We have a lot of RPers with us, so do keep that in mind!
