Hi WoW Community, I’m Cooldevil from the Horde of the italian Nemesis server. I’m wraiting this post becosue i’m trying to create a solid group of at least 20 people who wants to progress and farm the raids and M+ of all today content of Shadowlands exp and the new one that will be coming out, and for sure farming Thorghast layers. Basically this idea born becosue there are people like me who are in a guild but the members are lazy, not good enought for clearing the content, too much social or maybe there are people who are in a good guild but the roster for raiding is full; and after that all you have to Q up in ingame LFG and wipe over and over at stupid bosses becosue in the group there are not good people or lazy ones then the RL has to replace then wait again redo the encounter then wipe again and again and the loop continue, if you are the RL you have also to tell again the same things over and over at every new players who join the raid group. Forming a solid group is the basic of skipping the LFG part and just wipe but with progress becosue we will not replace, we will talk about what happend for change the tacts, there will be no tension of doing a bad thing.
Here are the personal requests of joining:
- english language;
- self and ironic person but also serius during the encounters;
- if you are a “PRO player” dont apply.
- over 25 years old
Ingame requests are:
- Item Level equal or over 205;
- by now at least 9/10 HC progress with Phase 3 exp on HC Denathrius encounter;
- obviusly Horde faction.
Why those ingame requests? becosue the 20 people will start the Mithyc content of Castle Nathria.
I’m 1 of the 20 and indeed i’ll be the founder of the group i mentioned before and will see if some one else will be the RL.
I’m a DK tank with today 209 IL 9/10 HC exp with P3 HC Sire exp.
When i formed the group we’ll decide about which days we will raid, the hours and how many days.
Roster:
- 2 tanks
- 4 healers (Dudu, Priest disci, 2x Shaman)
- 14 dps:
- Melee: 1 dh, 2 pala (1 off spec healer), 1 dk, 1 warr, 1 shaman enha, 1 monk, 1 rogue
- Ranged: 1 lock, 1 mage, 1 dudu balance, 2 hunter, 1 priest shadow,
