PvE Twinking (Raids and dungeons)

Hello.
Most twinking we see nowadays is pvp related, mostly overgeared people smashing undergeared people. My question is whether people would find PvE twinking fun, such as doing old raids and so.

Example of PvE twinking
A large portion of gear from level 60 onwards has sockets, a level 60 character could obtain total of 14 sockets by my calculations. Unfortunately, Blizzard has nerfed these items, so sockets would compensate for lower stats on the item, and nerfed gems as well making this gear rather useless. Before scaling, you could put +20 stat gems into level 60 socket gear and be pretty strong.

What if, you could have pre-scaling versions of gems? Only usable on certain levels, for example wrath of the lich king gems that give +20 to +30 of stat, only usable 60-80, which means that a level 60 character could gain +420 stamina, or +280 strength, or 280 crit/haste… (PvP and warmode could have scaling to nullify this)

Or if someone wanted to twink WotlK dungeons and raids, they could use cataclysm gems, which had even higher values.

This would open up some more content for people who get bored of the game, something fun to do. You could get together with 5-10 friends, turn your characters into gods and try to clear raids. Or imagine leveling your character, going into a dungeon and getting a beefed up party member who could smash their way through.

Just an idea, would surely bring some life into older expansion content.

In Legion, some players often cried about lvl101 twinks joining their dungeons and plowing their way through solo.

In MoP, I had a lvl80 warrior twink that had 72k health, 90% Parry and would autoswing for 30k crits, with a huge crit chance. I could easily solo dungeons.

I actually got kicked from a couple of dungeon runs because, as one of the players said “omfg (insert profanity here) I actually want to play the game myself”. His attitude aside, I think that’s a stance that many can relate too.

Blizzard don’t care about twinking. They intervene when things get out of hand, but they don’t deliberately alter the game to allow low level characters to break parts of it.
