Some suggestions below. Not that anyone who “has an impact” will read this, but anyway.
General;
-Interrupting a cast will appropriately only interrupt said school of magic. Right now this is causing a GCD on all spells, which is terrible design and not as it should be.
-Pushback during spellcasting now has a rapidly ramping up DR when being applied from same target. For example; right now trying to cast a 3sec spell vs a hunter + pet autoattacking you is realistically never going to happen.
The suggested DR would reduce the pushback down to 30% over a period of 5-10 pushbacks applied.
Priest;
-Mind Spike now has a small cooldown to accommodate Mind Flay into the rotation
-Dispersion has reduced effectiveness when cast outside of shadowform
Hunter;
-Trap launcher is no longer usable in combat
Warlock;
-Master channeler has significantly reduced effectiveness when used in Demon Form
-Searing Pain (Demon form) no longer causes spell pushback
Note; CoT + SP spam makes hardcasting a single spell practically impossible.
Rogue;
-Energy cost of Mutilate increased by 10
-Between the eyes now shares DR with Cheap Shot (KS remains on separate DR)
Shaman;
-Healing rain rune replaced by Riptide. Slot of said rune reworked to belt.
-Lava Burst rune also increases range of Flame Shock to match that of Lava Burst. In addition, both skills are affected by range modifiers that affect Lightning Bolt.
-Melee shamans somehow slightly nerfed.
-Power Surge rune proc effect completely reworked to either be a cooldown or significantly higher chance
Paladin;
-Avengers Shield slow only applies to first target hit
Mage;
-Living flame no longer follows targets past 15 yards, and no longer causes spell pushback
-Living Bomb now has a small cooldown
Note; Right now mage gameplay favors spamming LB + LF and…thats about it. Need to bring mages back to hardcasting.

The best way to balance PvP at this point is to remove it from the game

Some of these proposed changes are decent, I disagree with a few.
Making living flame stop following the target after 15yd is bad, very bad even, so much so that it opens it up to be griefed and wasted in PvE. Living flame in all honesty just needs a dmg nerf by 30% minimum. Same can be said for Living bomb.
BtE shouldnt DR with Cheap shot imo.
Melee shamans dealing busted dmg is attributed to DW specifically, and how it can stack 2x rockbiter to reach ludicrous amounts attack power. As DW my MH crits deal the same dmg as the STV 2h crits.
Paladin Avengers shield is fine as is. Maybe lowering the slow duration is about as far as Id like to see it nerfed.
I also dont see a need to nerf meta locks. They are annoying, but thats about it.
Flame shock range buff would be nice QoL, but ele already deals fantastic dmg. Id rather if it had a drawback.
Everything else is fine
Don’t let the pet touch you if you want to cast maybe? A hunter who wants to cast aimed shot in pvp has the same problem, he’s not here to complain about it, he does it differently.
Blizzard doesn’t read the forum and fortunately, when we read nonsense like this.
Traps should have been usable in combat since vanilla, the feigning death + trap interaction was not even planned by Blizzard, fortunately it existed.
What class do you play OP, that I understand the reasons behind your balancing choices.
Reduce spell dmg taken by 35% in PvP.
Mage: Arcane Surge now has 7d CD, polymorph only last 8sec in PvP, Silence got a 7D CD, arcane explosion got a 1sec cast time. Living flame reduce your subscription time by 3days everytime it have been casted
Paladin: Bubble now has 7d CD and takes your gear durability to 0%.
Hunters: can now cast Auto Shot while moving. And sniper training rune reworked. remain stationary for 3sec to get a 6sec Buff. Everytime your pet deals a critical strike you and your pet will be nerfed by 10%. stacks to 10. upon max stack. the hunter will be deleted and a QQ post on forum will be created by another warrior or paladin
Tanking runes no longer works in PvP combat
Rogue: Mutilate cost more energy, cheap shot / kidney shot now shares a 30sec CD. Blind has 7d CD, Sap only works for 8sec in PvP combat and vanish reduce subscription time by 3days and has a 7d CD
Shaman: Rockbitter AP have been reduced by 50%, spirit of the alpha now longer grants AP.
All kind of fears now have a 2sec cast time.
All party buffs is now raid wide
Blizzard is recruiting members to deal with bots, ninja looters, forum trolls including myself. And the lag in STV

Thankfully this already exists. It’s called PvE Servers.
Normal servers are only different from PvP servers in the way that they don’t have open world griefing, all other forms of PvP are still there, from BGs and duels to the new PvP events.
My statement was not to be taken too seriously as it is an ironic comment meant to note how PvP has caused so many issues and whining recently that it would be easier to remove it
Dispersion is too strong a defensive CD. It should have a 5 min cd OR a 30% DR effect.
Shaman needs toning down defensively.
Casters are already too strong overall in PVP, pushback is fine, interrupt lockout is fine.
Warriors should have rage normalisation and then get buffed to be more self-reliant in PVP.
Rogues need damage of mutilate toned down, DRs spread across abilities but should also get cloak of shadows as compensation.
Warlock metaform should reduce spellpower by X %.
Mage damage and AOE needs to be toned down.
Priest healing needs to be brought in line with other healers.
Yeah, you don’t like to be slowed for 3 seconds, so lets remove this ability from a game. It’s the only good rune for hunter in p2 and it’s the only unnerfed utility hunters have in PvP - slowing people. Why it should be nefred? Hunters should be buffed only from this point, all this crying about hunters in p1 made them nerfed 5 times already.
shaman and hunter autoattack has 7days cd also dont forget
even as warrior I admit, priest w/o dispersion is a free kill, because damage in pvp is too high, priest’s shields are obsolete
and their damage too
giving cloak to rogues will explode forum, all “suddenly skill improved” casters with instant spells will cry
all tank runes should reduce all dmg done by 50% and get buffed threat
mages were always aoe gods, only issue is living flame you cant dispell or run away
priest’s healing comes mostly from overtuned runes, so is everyone’s damage, dmg and healing should be tuned down
Rogues will get cloak. Its inevitable

Increasing mutilate damage for rogues kills rogues PvE cos mutilate is overtuned AF compared to literally every other button a rogue can use and still they aren’t that amazing in PvE.
Maybe bliz shouldn’t have mega over tuned what feels like every rune in that game. We should have see it coming in P1 when any classes that didn’t have a damage/healing rune was absolutely trash in comparison to classes using runes.
The rune system is super cool but let’s be real. It’s all Hella OP
Yes, runes should be tuned down to vanilla abilities and just give us different play styles.
Now warlocks do not use shadow bolt, or priest do not mind flay, or rogues use only mutilate because it is not comparable with other abilities
