As stated in the headline, my whole achievement progress for example for Isle of Conquest (was 91 wins out of 100 wins needed for “Isle of Conquest Veteran”) got wiped with DS release.
It shows as if I were 0/100 wins now.
Please fix this, it’s a horrible bug applied.
Wouldn’t want to start all over again.
Statistics also show as if I never won a game, although have played 271 IoC games for example said there.
Maybe PTR related?
I had a toon with same nickname copied to PTR before.
Same here for me. Lost all progress on IoC veteran achi, an also the progress on other veterans ones are bugged. Fun fact is some ppl from my guild got random veteran achi when they logged in, and i was thinking maybe they put like cross-character progress, but makes no sense since other ones are bugged or at 0 progress now
Any chance we get an update from a dev? Both on the EU and US forums, there seem to be no updates at all on this huge issue.
Me personally, lost so much progress (a few achievements went from 90+ to 0), that I haven’t bothered doing a single BG ever since…
This is SO big, we should definitely getting more regular updates. Heck, by now even saying “sorry we can’t fix it” would be better than letting everyone in the dark…

Jeez… Blizzard’s customer service didn’t deserve much respect already the past years, but things are just getting worse and worse… After 2 months, we still don’t have any update.
Honestly, if it can’t be fixed, there should’ve at least been another measure taken by now. Do… something…
I reported it as a bug and made a ticket about it. The response from the ticket was “we are aware”. Nothing has happened though… I also posted here on the forums.
It has killed my excitement to play the game and I have barely played the whole patch. Achievements are important to me and I like working towards them, but when I have 70+ wins in all BGs and 90+ in 2 of them and they all get reset to 0 I don’t want to start over, I enjoy some BGs, but not that much. The only BG veteran achievements not affected for me are Battle for Gilneas and Twin Peaks (+ Strand of the Ancients since I had already completed it)

It is a small indie company, you have to expect some bugs and challenges while they get things going

They don’t care about Cata from the start, I hope they don’t do the same with MOP 
Way too few replies from Blizzard on the US forums, even less (none) here…
Can anyone at least share what will happen if things aren’t fixed? What’s the solution? Since well, it isn’t likely going to be fixed, more than 2 months after the problem occurred.
We’re no longer asking for updates that we aren’t getting anyway, we need a fix or a solution. It’s not a big ask.
