All season 11 cheaters banned with titles and mounts removed pls there is one steamer [removed - please keep in mind that “naming&shaming” is not allowed on the forums] who has been extremely blatant with the fact that he has exchanged REAL LIFE MONEY and traded it for an account with the season11 gladiator title and mount now while i do think this is extremely scummy i also believe its not fair on the people who have earned this achivement/mount legitimately. Blizzard action must be taken this kind of TOS breaking can not go unpunished!

Reports are only taken ingame or through Hacks@blizzard.com if you got have proof to support it.

Is buying and selling accounts with glads, which have fake battlenet names, that allows you to change to you main real battle net account name and merge or transfer char with glad, really against TOS? 
Don’t think so. Because entire retail pvp ladder 3v3 is not banned since bfa/sl where everybody actively still do it. Classic is not an exception
Buying the account then lying about it on stream trying to say that a bug caused all his chars to be deleted is crazy.
You cannot change full BNET names without documentation that supports the name change.
Fake named accounts are nowadays permanent banned instead of allowed to correct said change due a recent policy change.
It is no longer possible for a longer period of time to merge BNET accounts or transfer toons across BNETs.
It also says when you try to change your name in such cases you have to contact Support, this doesn’t mean the name change is granted.
Even if it were to be granted accounts are still not merged or transferred so it would be 100% useless. In the past, transferred toons would leave their BNET achievements on the original BNET instead of the destination BNET so the entire thing doesn’t make any sense.
Seeing as you’ve also posted incorrect/outdated info asking someone to trust you is err…
Just trust me, create battlenet account with name Adfsadf Fsdfdsf and it will allow you to change name. It used to be a thing since forever

It doesn’t clarify what was fake name. Was it random characters like asfdsadf? Or was it actually “real fake” name, this one you cannot change.
On top of that blizzard doesn’t do KYC. And if they will do, nobody will play their games. What customer support answered is only their(blizzard) desire. I’m allowed to create battlenet account with “fake real” name and nobody will ban me. From legal point of view I doubt some professional lawyer could not sue and win the case again blizzard if they ban fake name account, where person spend any amount of money. Ofc it’s almost 0 chances somebody will go and sue for this, but chances never 0.

You could change name like “Asafdsafd” without contacting support. It could be done in 2 seconds by pressing button in account settings. If they did some changes several months ago, I can’t find them. May be they are not documented
It makes sense. They stored glad mount in bags and after that did transfer. Not sure about glad achieves, but some achieve are related to your character and could transfer from one account to another
You would be surprised to hear what some people do/did in this game to make irl money. There will always be loopholes, especially in blizzard-games.
