Our PVP community “Weyland Yutani” is the largest on RU servers (10,000 participants), and now we are interested in attracting players from the EU as well.
All our activities, or “What will you get?”:
RBG. 7+ groups are playing in our channel in prime time regularly. Not a bad result, given all these problems with the long output of 9.1? At the start of SL, we had 20 teams playing simultaneously. We have a good search system through the discord server, a lot of raid leaders.
The community arranges premades for epic and normal battlegrounds. Taking into account that not only random people fight against the premades (who then create topics on the forum about disconnecting Russians from EU servers) but also other premades, in particular with EU. The games of premade group against premade group are quite interesting and dynamic. In addition, this is a great way to get HK for the achievements of the son / daughter of the Horde / Alliance.
We rely on training. We perform 10x10 maneuvers to train new raidleaders / target callers, we create video and text guides on RBG, how to play a specific class in PVP, setting up addons with the help of the community. For each class, we have class leaders who are ready to answer questions.
We perform achievements on normal and epic battlegrounds, as well as PVP achievements in the open world. With the proper number of people interested in any achievement, a date is selected and it is performed.
Who we are looking for? : the entry criteria are the maximum level of the character and the desire to play PVP.

Players who are ready to help with the recruitment of new participants. Such a large-scale association of players on RU allowed us to share experience, group up PVP activities faster and more often, opened up a lot of new raid leaders, allowed newcomers to take their first, and not the lowest, ratings.
