PVP Conquest points reset?

Hey, i’m wondering if the xxx/500 points will be reset on new season start because i joined mid season 3 the game.

I have read about that update news:

Item levels of rewards earned from War Chests from all PvP tiers (Unranked, Combatant, Challenger, Rival, Duelist, and Gladiator) increased by 30.
Item levels of end-of-match rewards for all PvP tiers increased by 30.

Is the gs 30 increase also for the non rated war chest? Or is it the same chest? Like, i need a better rank to increase gs but base gs is increased by 30? (415 to 445?)

Gear from non-rated weekly chest will be 445 ilvl. Reward for the conquest cap will be 445 for the first cycle (~8 weeks) and then it will be probably 460 ilvl but non-rated chest will still be 445 ilvl. First reward (tomorrow) for conqest cap will be a 440 ilvl weapon.
